4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds Poised Beauty 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
5.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be at least 50% full.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from PoisedBeauty.com.
- Products purchased through authorized retailers or third parties must be returned to the original point of purchase.
- Partial returns of sets or bundles are not accepted. Only complete, unopened sets are eligible for return.
- Products damaged due to personal use—including but not limited to drops, spills, theft, or improper storage—are not eligible for a refund.
- Poised Beauty reserves the right to monitor return activity. We may refuse returns, cancel orders, or close accounts in cases of excessive return volume or suspected policy abuse.
5.2 How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us – Email our customer service team at info@poisedbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Poised Beauty is not liable for lost or delayed return shipments.
- Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees and gift wrapping services are non-refundable.
5.3 Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale, promotional items or gift cards.
5.4 Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
